Great location, close to the lake and surrounded by nature. Me and my partner were happy to see the birds and lotus flowers from our room. We also enjoyed the vegetarian options from the restaurant. It was a nice and eco-friendly touch to have glass bottles for water in the room.
Our room had a really bad smell that didn't go away and ended up being a terrible inconvenience during our stay. The outdoor shower was also a bit dirty.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The room we chose had a fantastic view of the river, and it was well worth the value. It was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, with a stunning bathroom and even an outdoor shower. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast served in the restaurant was delicious, with generous portions, and we loved the beautiful view from the restaurant. This place is so peaceful and tranquil, with the sounds of birds chirping in the background. The spa here deserves a special mention, as their Princess massage was truly exceptional. Lastly, they even surprised us with a cake for my girlfriend's birthday, which was a lovely gesture.
We did experience a minor issue during our stay when my wife misplaced her ring at the spa. While the staff didn't seem too concerned about helping us find it, it didn't affect our overall experience.

The Wi-Fi worked well, and despite being annoyed with the restaurant, we found some excellent food elsewhere in town. Also, the view was beautiful, and the fact that the hotel was easy to access were appreciated. Additionally, there were two complementary items, which we found to be very generous. Finally, we enjoyed being able to watch the wildlife from the balcony during our stay.
Honestly, it was a bummer to see such a unique and lovely location wasted. The outdoor shower was a problem for us and the pool was freezing cold, a true disappointment.

The view from the room was breathtaking, especially during sunset hours. the food was delicious and exceeded my expectations, offering a mix of both local and international cuisine. One thing I appreciated was the personalized service, making us feel like special guests. the location was perfect for a quiet getaway, nestled away from the hustle and bustle.
The shower had limited hot water, making it difficult to shower comfortably. the service at times was a bit slow, but this was understandable given the relaxed atmosphere and the local way of doing things.
